What kind of t-shirts do you use?
We are currently using American Apparel for men’s shirts. For women’s we are using American Apparel as well as Bella Short Sleeve T, for the Baby Doll T look. Both are also 100% cotton.
What printing process is used?
All of our wine shirts are created using professional quality screen printing. We do NOT use iron on transfers or digital printing methods. Our printing is designed to last, wash after wash, without fading, peeling or cracking.

What is the Card Verification Number?
If you’re paying with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover, this is the three-digit number located on the back, far right side of the signature line. If you are paying with an American Express Card, it is the four digits on the front of the card. We recommend using a credit card for fastest service. Your card information is submitted through our secure server and is not charged until your order is shipped. Your statement will show the name "PRINTMOJO WinoShirts".
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. When your credit card details are sent to us, we use secure and encrypted communication (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL technology). Also look for the small 'lock' in the lower right corner of the order page or on the top of your web page next to the address bar where you type in a URL. Also notice that the URL at the top of our order page starts with 'https' - both the lock and the 'https' indicate that your information is secure.
Shipping
Do you offer next-day shipping?
Yes, and we also offer 2nd-day and 3rd-day shipping. Just choose your preferred method during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We strive to keep our regular and international shipping costs as low as possible. You won't see any "handling" charges added on. The rates in our shopping cart reflect the exact pricing we get from UPS or USPS, depending on the method of shipping you choose. USPS Priority mail rates start at just $4.95 for one t-shirt. The shopping cart reflects the exact pricing we get from UPS or USPS. Of course, it’s cheaper if you order more that one shirt at a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship your order to most any address on this planet.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting our distributor, Print Mojo, at 1-866-601-6656 or cs@printmojo.com.
How long does it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, it will usually be shipped from our location within 3 business days. Depending on the method of shipping you choose and your distance from our California warehouse, it could take anywhere from 1-5 business days for orders within the US or 7-14 business days for international orders.
Why am I redirected to a Print Mojo site?
Print Mojo is the name of our distribution company. They're responsible for handling our online orders. You are redirected to their site in order to make a payment on a secure server. Your statement will show “PrintMojo".
Will I have to pay sales tax?
You will have to pay tax only on orders shipped to a California address. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
What size shirt should I order?
Both American Apparel tees and Bella tees are 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit. For more information, check out the sizing chart for each brand.
Who owns your designs?
We do, and they are copyrighted. Do not reproduce any of our designs for ANY reason. It's the law.
Do you do custom orders?
We will be happy to give you a price quote on your own special slogan, or image, from 24 to 5,000 shirts.
Can I make a suggestion for a slogan?
Please do! We love hearing your great idea. And if we decide to use it you will be recognized on our website, and you’ll be sent a free shirt with the slogan.
Please submit slogan ideas to slogans@WinoShirts.Com, and type "slogan idea" in the subject line. We'll take standard image files, text descriptions, or both.
How often are new t-shirt designs created?
We are shooting for one new slogan every two weeks. Book mark this website and check back often.
What is your privacy policy?
We also know that you value your privacy, and we hate spam as much as you do. We'll never sell, loan, or trade ANY of your information to anyone.
Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We fully stand behind the quality of the product we print and ship and offer a full, 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of you. Keep in mind, that we cannot refund your original shipping costs.
I received the wrong shirt / a defective shirt. How can I be reimbursed?
Return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it.
